Please read the entire policies -£15 deposit is non refundable. Remaining balance MUST be paid in cash. -For lateness there is a 10 min grace period, after that every 10 min a £5 fee will be added. This goes both ways: if I am late, you will be compensated. -Please ensure bundles are clean and in good condition. -Rescheduling is allowed once, after that it will count as a new service. You would have to book again and another deposit will have to be paid. -Please ensure your hair is washed and clean as I may refuse service if I feel it's too dirty. -Blow dry is included in service.
