Cancellation Policy
Please read the entire policies -£15 deposit is non refundable. Remaining balance MUST be paid in cash. -For lateness there is a 10 min grace period, after that every 10 min a £5 fee will be added. This goes both ways: if I am late, you will be compensated. -If you are booking for a wig revamp along with your install, please ensure the hair is delivered to me two days before your appointment to the address in your confirmation email. Please add a label to your wig with your name and appointment date+time. -If the service is just a wig install, please ensure the lace is completely clean and glue free, as if it could be an additional £15 -If you want braiding hair to be provided please make sure to select the service that includes that. Make sure to include what hair is needed/colour for your style under the specified box "Add a Message". If you forget to do so, contact me through the number and email provided in your confirmation email. Make sure to include your name and email in the message. -Rescheduling is allowed once, after that it will count as a new service. You would have to book again and another deposit will have to be paid. -Please ensure your hair is washed and clean as I may refuse service if I feel it's too dirty. -Blow dry is included in service. Please refrain from inappropriate language and acts as you will be asked to leave, Thank you!!
